For all UK wholesale orders are dispatched using Next Working Day (excluding Public Holidays) delivery by DPD Courier Service (mainland UK only not including Scottish Highlands & Scottish Islands or Ireland where delivery is usually 2 working days)

Goods are dispatched up to 3pm cut off for orders received that have been paid for into our bank account. Once funds have been transfered to us, please email us to advise us that payment has been made so we may dispatch your goods as soon as possible. Please note that if an order is placed and we do not receive funds into our account before 3pm, regardless of payment been intialised on your side, we are unable to dispatch your goods the same day.

DPD delivery usually takes 1 working day to arrive in most areas, but can take 2 days in NON UK mainland & Scottish Highlands areas & Ireland.

DPD deliveries are fully tracked and have a trace ability giving you full visibility of your consignments location

How It Works

1. Order & Pay For Order Before 3pm – Only orders that have been paid for before 3pm can be dispatched the same day to you.

2. Order Packed & Dispatched – Once payment for goods has been received, goods will be packed ready for dispatch ASAP.

3. DPD Collect Goods – DPD will collect  your order from us and will take goods to their mail sorting hub.

4. DPD Sorting – your parcel is taken to the main DPD distribution hub where its then forwarded to your local DPD depot

5. DPD Local Depot – goods arrive at local depot in anticipation for delivery and you will on the morning of delivery, receive a 60 minute delivery slot notification to your email (and to the DPD App if you have downloaded it).

6. DPD Tracking – You can track the parcel all the way to your door using the tracking number emailed to you or via the DPD App

GET THE DPD APP! – If you download the DPD App to your mobile from Google play or Apple App Store, this will ensure you never miss a delivery again. The app provides you real time delivery updates and notifies you when your driver is close to you with your goods. The App allows specifies when its your turn for delivery ensuring you can look out for the delivery.
