1. Why can I not see any product prices on the site? is a TRADE ONLY website and we do not service general consumer customers unfortunately. Product prices are only visible to users that are logged into their approved user accounts. If you would like to apply for a trade wholesale disposable vapes account, please use the registration page located here and complete the online form. Once the account setup form has been submitted, account verification normally takes up to 1 working day (but usually within a couple of hours) and you will receive an email advising if your account is approved or declined. If your account is approved, you may log into your account with your username and password you made on account setup and prices will be visible for all products. In order to view prices, you must be logged into your approved account going forward.

2. How do i know if you have stock of certain items listed on your website?

All goods listed on the website are from live inventory levels and we will only sell goods that we have actually have in stock at our warehouse. If a product is not in stock at all, you will not be able to purchase it from the website and the website will state “Out Of Stock” when trying to purchase the item.

The website will not allow you to add items to the cart/basket if we don’t have the physical stock for them items. In instances where we have some stock, but you try adding a larger quantity than we have available to your basket, the website will only allow the quantity of items we physically have to sell at that current point in time.

3. What payment methods are available for my order?

In order to keep operational overheads at a minimum and to pass on the very best prices to our customers, we only offer bank transfer as a payment method. Keeping our running costs at a minimum ensures we can provide you the very best pricing for your wholesale disposable vape products keeping your profits as high as possible.

Our bank details will be provided during the purchase process and will be emailed to you also. Bank details will also be included on your invoice which can be downloaded in your account area.

4. Why is my order status showing as “On Hold”?

When an order is placed on our system, all orders go into “On Hold” status which means we have acknowledged your order and the stock for your order is held back so no one else can purchase it (only held for 1 working day before being redistributed back to inventory). Once payment is received into our bank, we will update the order to “Processing” status which means the order is will be picked and packed ready for dispatch to you.

If order remains in the “On hold” status and you have transferred funds to us for the order, please use contact us page to advise us that payment has been initiated your side. Please note orders can only be progressed to “processing” stage when funds have been physically received into our bank account.

5. How long does delivery take once i pay for goods?

We try and dispatch goods as fast as possible, so customers receive them ASAP. Orders are only progressed from “On Hold” to “Processing” status once we have received funds into our bank account. If funds for an order are received before 3pm, we will usually dispatch goods for next day working delivery (subject to location and bank holidays). Any orders where funds are received after the 3pm deadline, will be dispatched the next working day. 

If you require Saturday delivery for your order (Not classed a working day by DPD) ensure you choose this delivery method when ordering, as otherwise it will be sent by the standard next working day service.

Non UK mainland and Ireland delivery addresses must allow 2 working days for goods delivery as next day delivery is not available. Further information regarding our order processing and delivery can be found here.

6. How do track my order?

We use DPD couriers for all our deliveries. Once goods are dispatched our end, DPD will notify you via email or via the DPD app that they are in receipt of the goods for delivery to you. The DPD notification to you will also include the tracking number for your goods, so you can locate where your goods are at any given time.

Its preferential to download the DPD App to your mobile or device to receive real time updates for your DPD delivery including a message when your delivery scheduled, your 1 hour slot for delivery and also a notification when the driver is 30 minutes away.

We operate a pin code delivery system for UK deliveries (details can be found here) ensuring the goods are delivered ONLY to the intended recipient or their appointed representative. On the day of delivery, you will receive a notification from DPD via email or the DPD App providing you with a Pin Code. This pin code must be given to the driver at the time of delivery in order for goods to be released by the driver. Without the pin code, no goods can be left at the premises for security purposes.

7. Do you charge VAT?

As a VAT registered company, we must charge VAT on all goods and services we provide.

All prices on the website are subject to the addition of VAT, currently set at 20%. VAT is added at the checkout stage and will be clearly noted. 

8. How do I get an invoice for my order and can I view previous order details?

Please use “Login” page to log into your “My Account” area where you can view your order history and download any VAT invoices associated with any particular order.
